Shopping Centre
The centre will concentrate mostly on Lifestyle and boutique type retailers with one key tenant, in a four-storey building. The centre will be serviced by two elevators.

The centre will be set in a coastal forest environment overlooking a lake, which is to be constructed, and will be very visible from the main access road into Scottburgh with great signage opportunities.

Location and Accessibility
The site of the proposed shopping centre enjoys excellent access, bordering on both the N2 and the main access road leading into Scottburgh Town. It is also situated on the access road to Dududu and Amandawe, two of the largest rural areas in the immediate hinterland. All of the above roads lead into the old South Coast Main Road (R102), linking Scottburgh with Umkomaas, Park Rynie, Umzinto and the N2 Freeway.

Although the centre will be highly visible from the offramp from the N2 (approximately 250 metres from the offramp on the main approach road to Scottburgh), it will not, unfortunately, be visible from the N2 itself.
